Cancellation & Refund Policy Max Tour Hurghada

1. Cancellation by the Customer

•Cancellations must be communicated via the same channel used for booking (WhatsApp, email, or social media).
 
Cancellation terms:
•More than 12 hours before the tour: free cancellation or reschedule
•Within 12 hours before the tour: no refund
•No-show: no refund
 
 
2. Refunds

•Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
•Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
 
 
3. Cancellation by Max Tour Hurghada
 
If Max Tour Hurghada cancels a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
•a full refund, or
•a rescheduled date, or
•an alternative tour
 
 
4. Exceptional Circumstances
 
In cases of medical emergencies or exceptional situations, cancellations may be reviewed at our discretion.
