How to Book with Max Tour Hurghada

To ensure the best service and avoid booking at times when availability may be limited, we follow a simple and clear booking process:

1. Fill Out the Booking Form

The guest completes the booking form on our website and provides:

  • The selected trip

  • Preferred date

  • Number of participants

  • Hotel name

  • Basic contact information

The request is sent to us directly by email.

2. Availability Check

Once we receive the request, we check the availability for the selected trip and date.
We then contact the guest to confirm the booking or suggest an alternative if needed.

3. Contact with the Guest

We contact the guest via WhatsApp or email and provide all details, including the price, timing, and meeting point.

4. Payment Options

Payment is required only after availability is confirmed. Guests can choose from the following options:

  • Bank transfer (Wise – PayPal – European bank account)

  • Secure payment link sent to the guest

  • Cash payment on the day of the trip

  • Or payment via link on the same day of the trip

5. Booking Confirmation

After payment is completed (or cash payment is selected), we send the guest a booking confirmation with all trip details.
